January Reading Wrap-up
The month is finally over, so here’s my January Reading Wrap-up. It was a very successful reading month for me, and I can only hope this energy follows me into February because there was no better feeling than reading every book I placed on my monthly TBR.

For someone who read 75 books in 2024, reading 17 in one month is a lot for me. 7 of those 17 were client books, though, so they’re not counted in the page count, ratings, or genre breakdown on StoryGraph. My page count also went down toward the end of the month because I had two rush clients over the last week, so my fun reading time got cut significantly. I had some five star reads in January, which is always a plus for me. Faye and the Ether was a reread, so I didn’t rate it again, but it probably would have been a 4 star read the second time around.

I was on my romance grind in January, and I regret nothing. I love love, and I’m hoping to keep the love vibes going in February. 30% of what I read was nonfiction, which is a plus for me as I’m always trying to increase the amount of nonfiction I read. I also remembered audiobooks existed, so I finished one (and loved it).

I love seeing the collage of all the covers. It makes it sink in even further that I really read all of that.
